Position: Pet Grooming Salon Manager (NOC 60040)
Number of vacancies: 1 (one)
Wage: $ 34.07 CAD hourly
Working hours per week: 30 to 35 hours per Week

Education Required: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience Required: 1 year of experience
Job Duties:

Direct and control daily operations

Evaluate daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly

Plan and organize daily operations

Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff

Plan and control budget and inventory

Manage or review contracts for advertising and assist with marketing strategies

Hire and supervise staff

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a timely manner and makes it right with them

Provide staff training on grooming dogs

Report to business owner

Ensure all team are happy and have everything they need

The employer may also add other duties within the reasonable scope of the employee´s work, such as helping with ideas on how to make the pet parent experience better or ensuring clean installations and that the team members assist with their duties in the salon.
