Wage rate: $35.00 per hour, for 40.00 hours a week 
Education: High School required, higher education an asset.

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Languages: Basic English 

Job Duties: 

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure project progress according to plans and timelines.
• Manage construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel, coordinating their activities.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Inspect the quality of work to ensure it meets project specifications and standards.
• Manage the supply of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring timely deliveries and proper usage.
• Create work schedules, set milestones, and ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes.
• Act as the main point of contact between the construction team, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or delays that arise, troubleshooting problems to keep the project on schedule.
• Maintain records of daily activities, worker attendance, and project progress.
