Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Job Description:

• Coordinating daily restaurant management operations.

• Delivering excellent customer experience. 

• Controlling operational costs and identifying measures to cut waste.

• Creating detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.

• Training new and current employees on proper customer service practices.

• Negotiating contracts with suppliers for food and other supplies

• Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximising customer satisfaction.

• Ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.

• Managing a restaurant's good image and suggesting ways to improve it.

• Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.

Pay rate: 

• $35 per hour

Education and Work experience:

• Minimum secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

• Between 2-3 years related work experience is an asset
