Impact Health Cold Lake require one Full-time permanent role clinical services manager 

Location- Unit-C 5412-55th Street Cold Lake, AB T9M 1R5

Salary- 28.85 to 53.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 35 hours per Week

2 years to less than 3 years in a similar role

 Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Tasks

• Plan and control budget and expenditures
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for delivery of health care services
• Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
• Manage contracts
• Develop evaluation systems to monitor health care services
• Oversee the analysis of data and information
• Oversee the preparation of reports
• Co-ordinate work of doctors, nurses and other staff
• Consult with boards of directors, senior managers and government officials
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs

• 11-15 people
