Sales supervisor

Position: Sales Supervisor
Location: 6701 Davand Dr, Mississauga, ON, L5T 2R2
Salary: $40.00 to $42.00 / hour (To be negotiated)

Full time: 35 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time
Start date: As soon as possible
Vacancy: 1

Language required: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

Onsite: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange for training of sta
• Authorize payments by cheque
• Order merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply
• shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
• Conduct performance reviews
• Perform same duties as workers supervised
• Perform opening and closing activities
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
