 Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

 Work Experience: 1 – 2 years of experience.

 

 Job Duties:

• Maximize sales and measure sales performance daily by reference to sales reports from year prior on same day.

• Coordinate sales promotion activities and pricing of Merchandise.

• Resolve issue that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.

• Train staff on job duties, safety procedures and company policies.

• Oversee compliance of all staffs with established company policies and standards, such as safekeeping of store funds and

• Property, personnel practices, security, sales, and recordkeeping procedures.

• Oversee store moves, preparation of merchandise displays and presentations, exercising judgment and discretion in applying merchandising concepts and guidelines.

• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.

• Oversee proper pricing of merchandise and ensure all price changes are made.

• maintain specified inventory and order merchandise.

• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customer complaints, grievances etc. conduct orientation, train, coach, associates in execution of daily tasks.

• Working knowledge and understanding of automotive equipment.
