JOB DETAILS

Location: Mississauga ON, L5W 0H6

 Salary: CAD $25.00 to 30.00 hourly (To be negotiated)

 Timing: Day, Flexible Hours, Weekend

Vacancies: 1 vacancy

 Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 30 to 35 hours / week

 Start date:  As soon as possible

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Languages

English

Education

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

 

Work Location

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely

 

Experience

1 years to less than 2 years

 

Tasks

• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
• Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
• Post journal entries
• Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
• Prepare trial balance of books
• Reconcile accounts
• Manage accounts receivable
• Manage accounts payable
