Manage & lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize inventory management.
Train and mentor staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Coordinate promotional events to boost foot traffic and brand visibility.
Ensure a visually appealing showroom that showcases our furniture collections effectively.
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with suppliers to maintain stock levels and negotiate favorable terms.
Monitor competitor activity to stay ahead in the market and adjust strategies accordingly.
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
Prepare reports for upper management on sales performance and team achievements.
