Responsibilities
Tasks
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of crew members who staff who prepare, serve, and portion food items as per our menu.
- Estimate, order and control inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure food service and quality control meet as per the company’s standards.
- Maintain inventory such as records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Create and submit schedule reports and other reports as per the management request.
- Prepare food order summaries and ensure staff is following food hygiene and safety policy,
- Establish work schedules with staff, train and hire staff as per the management request.
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain customer service standards.
