Responsibilities

Tasks

• Prepare dough for bread, pizza, sandwiches, and European Pastries according to recipes or special customer orders.
• Bake mixed doughs and batters.
• Ensure the quality of products and meet the expectations of the customers.
• Keep records of the production schedule to determine the type and quantity of goods to produce.
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
• Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
• Schedule staff, inspect kitchen and food service areas
• Draw up production schedules
• Organize and maintain inventory, purchase baking supplies.
• Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.
• Train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
