• 2 years to 3 years in an import/export setting, manufacturing or distribution preferred
• Proven experience with customs paperwork, international logistics, and ocean, air, and land freight for Asia Logistics Line

Responsibilities

Tasks

• Coordinate and monitor logistics of the movement of parts, supplies and materials and ensure that supplies, materials and products are shipped and received on schedule
• Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
• Perform routine clerical duties
• Prepare and submit reports
• Co-ordinate traffic flow of supplies
• Prepare and maintain progress and other reports
• Knowledge of cross border dispatching regulations and practices
• Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
• Prepare and process import and export documents and other forms on behalf of clients, including prepare and process all customs documents for International & U.S. shipments.
