Production Team Lead - NOC 92024 (Production Supervisor - Assembly): To supervise Window Production Line(s) and coordinate the activities of Production Workers who assemble, fabricate and inspect custom made windows and entrance systems in our manufacturing plant in Debert, NS.

Job Requirements

Education:

 Minimum - high school education. No degree required.

 Job duties include some or all of the following duties:

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule activities of production workers who cut materials, assemble, fabricate and inspect windows and entrance systems.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments.
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Requisition materials and supplies.
• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
• Recommend personnel actions such as hirings, promotions and incident investigations.
• Prepare production and other reports, regular reporting on KPIs.
• May set up machines and equipment.

 Benefits: Extended health and dental benefits available after 24 weeks of work experience. 

The overtime pay rate of 1.5 x hourly rate after 40 hours of work in a week

Experience:
