BUILDING SUPERINTENDENT

Position: Building Maintenance Operator

Qualifications:

Education: Secondary Diploma

Language: English

Experience: 2 years of supervisor experience; 2 years experience in repair

Work Setting: Residential / Commercial

Salary: $28/ hour

Responsibilities:

? Responsible for performing minor fixes and alterations to heating, cooling,
ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.

? Coordinate and serve as the main contact person for third party and skilled
professionals for major repairs and maintenance.

? Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the building facilities.

? Performs regular facility inspections and is responsible for creating the necessary
reports.

? Conduct tours of the building and facilities for prospective tenants.

? Manage and supervise the preparation of housing units prior to new residents
move in.

? Ensure and maintain building safety and security measures.

? Responsible for maintaining building inventories and supplies.
